David Blake is a British archivist and librarian who was Library Services Manager at the Commonwealth Secretariat from 1998 to 2008. He was previously Librarian for the Institute of Commonwealth Studies, University of London, (1993-98) and following his time in the Secretariat became Head of Library and Archives for the Society of Friends (2010- ).
