Michael Meadowcroft (b.1942) is a British political figure who served as leader of the reformed Liberal Party – founded in opposition to the emergence of the Liberal Democrats – from 1989 to 2002. Meadowcroft was a Member of Parliament for Leeds West from 1983 to 1987.
